Order processing & dispatch takes approx. 3-5 business days.
shipping takes approx. 7-14 business days from dispatch. This includes items sent directly from our overseas warehouse & international suppliers.
Q: "can i get a refund?"
We have a l4 days exchange reund policy.lf 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can't ofer you a refund or exchange. Tobe eligible for a return, your item must be unused/ worn and/ or washed and in the same condition that you received it
We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases or ifthe incorect size is ordered,in this instance you would be ligjible for a store credit once the itemsare returned.
If you request a refund due to a faulty item you must contact us within 14 days with photo evidence to be eligible for a replacement or refundOnce your return is received and inspected, we willsend you an emall to notiy you that we have received your retured item. We wil also notify you of theapproval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
